Government of Balochistan S&GA Department: Judicial Section

Judicial Section is responsible to plead Service Appeals, Constitution Petition and other related cases, Judicial Section then get the approval of competent authority i.e. Secretary S&GAD and Chief Secretary Balochistan and after that on behalf of the Government of Balochistan files draft Parawise Comments in different courts. To attend the court on behalf of Government of Balochistan i.e. Secretary S&GAD and Chief Secretary and facilitate the court in accordance with all required documents, rules and regulation framed by Government of Balochistan for its employee (officers and officials). Judicial Section also facilitate the office of the Advocate General in different cases pending in different courts and provide all needed material that can safe the interest of government. The Judicial Section consists upon Section Officer, Superintendent, Assistant, Junior Clerk, Steno Typist, Assistant Computer Operator and Naib Qasid.
