The Judicial Wing was established in the year 2003 with the aim to defend interests of the Government of Balochistan in a more proper and comprehensive manner. Since, 2003 seven Deputy Secretaries have been posted and the present Deputy Secretary is serving since 22nd December, 2010.
With the grace of Almighty Allah and under the kind supervision of worthy Chief Secretaries, Secretaries, S&GAD and Additional Secretaries (Regulations), this Wing has achieved the tasks assigned satisfactorily and hundreds of cases, Petitions, Service Appeals etc. were contested effectively and judgments were announced in the favour of Government of Balochistan.
